AirUpsell is a marketplace platform that connects guests with local merchants. Delivery is fulfilled either by the merchant directly or by an independent third-party delivery partner. AirUpsell does not employ delivery drivers.
How Delivery Works
Merchant Delivery
Some merchants operate their own delivery fleet. For these partners, delivery is fulfilled directly by the merchant and their staff.
Third-Party Delivery Partners
For merchants without their own delivery, we work with independent delivery partners. These drivers are not AirUpsell employees — they are independent contractors.
Collection
Where delivery is not available, guests may collect their order directly from the merchant by presenting their door code as proof of purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated times shown at checkout are provided by the merchant and are estimates only. AirUpsell does not guarantee any specific delivery time. Actual times may vary due to order volume, distance, traffic, and other factors outside our control.
Delivery Fees
Applicable delivery fees are calculated based on distance and shown transparently at checkout before you confirm payment. Fees vary by merchant and delivery zone. AirUpsell does not add hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Failed or Late Delivery
If your order is significantly delayed or was not delivered, contact us at hello@airupsell.com within 24 hours with your Order ID. We will investigate with the merchant and delivery partner and, where appropriate, arrange a re-delivery or issue a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
AirUpsell is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect address information provided by the guest, events outside reasonable control, or actions of independent delivery partners. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed through our platform.
